A young, vibrant, African American couple started their own hair salon in the Seaford Executive Center a couple years ago. Through hard work, sacrifice and a never ending faith in God, success quickly found them and they started outgrowing their space.
They turned to Trinity Redevelopment to partner with us to revitalize one of the oldest buildings in town, which was once one of Seaford's first banks. The original vault is still intact, as is the fireplace that was used to burn old mortgages.
The Old Bank sat vacant for years, neglected and slowly decaying.
With our help, the building is now one of the best looking destinations in Downtown Seaford. Their business, StudioNine21, is flourishing and their customer base has expanded significantly.
This was an incredible investment that has brought additional life to this part of Downtown. We are thrilled to stand behind these young artists who have mastered their trade in cosmetology and hair design.

304 High Street is now home to C&C Country Market, C&C Country Kitchen and a 4 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor.
Trinity purchased this property and immediately went to work bringing it up to code. All new fire walls and fire ceilings were installed between the units. Fresh recessed lighting and new flooring were installed in both commercial units downstairs, along with fresh drywall and paint.
The upstairs had been sitting vacant for decades and was previously a doctor's office. We gutted the place to the studs, repairs rotten joists and a damaged brick wall. Everything is new!! New framing, insulation, electric, plumbing, drywall, windows and doors. 2 new full bathrooms were installed, the roof was replaced, all new light recessed lighting throughout. We are proud of the transformation! New central air with natural gas heating has been installed. The city asked us to update the aging water infrastructure of the building, so all new water meters are being installed, one for each of the building's 4 units.

312 High Street is home to one of the best restaurants in Sussex County, Bon Appetit. Bon Appetit is a treasured high end destination in Western Sussex for approximately 30 years.
For their 30th Birthday Celebration, Trinity Redevelopment, LLC decided to give the location a face life. We removed the old drop ceiling and brought the building up to code by installing firewall protection on the ceilings and walls. We swapped out the old lighting for some modern recessed lighting. The HVAC system was struggling to keep up, so we removed it and installed 2 new systems, 1 to service the kitchen and 1 to keep all the patrons cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The side and the back of the building had water damage, so we removed some existing plaster walls to discover and remediate the problems.
All new framing, insulation and drywall was installed. Some fresh paint, new crown molding, trim and new durable floors were also installed.
The place looks great! We are so proud of the transformation!
